2. Third-party API

1. If a third-party AI server is used, images and text prompts will be uploaded to the third-party service and are not under the control of the Hallo AI App.

2. All task results are ensured by the third-party API, and their success or failure is not related to Hallo AI. Please use third-party API features with caution.

3. VPN

• The VPN feature operates in global mode, forwarding all your network data through the network server to hide your private IP and protect your privacy.

• The VPN solely acts as a network forwarding tool and does not perform any decryption of the data.

• The network data statistics only track the data consumption of users within the local network and do not encrypt or decrypt user data.

4. Data Storage and Processing

Except for the task of generating videos from images, the App operates entirely on your device and does not transmit any data or files to external servers. All operations and processing are completed locally, and your image and video data will not be stored or backed up by the App in any form.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party services and does not share, sell, or exchange your data with third-party service providers. Your data will not be sent to any external services for analysis, processing, or storage.

6. Security

Although we do not process your personal information, we still implement technical measures to ensure the security of the App. There are no potential data leakage risks within the App since it does not involve data uploads or storage.
